25 things

Kate posted 25 things on her blog, and she "tagged" me, because I read her blog!!
The blog rules are that if you read someone's 25 things, you're automatically tagged!!!

Rules: Once you've been tagged, you are supposed to write a note with 25 random things, facts, habits, or goals about you. At the end, choose 25 people to be tagged. You have to tag the person who tagged you. If I tagged you, it's because I want to know more about you.

So here are my 25 things!!
(If you're confused, read this: katelong.blogspot.com!)

1. I was born in Phoenix Arizona and lived there til I was 6 months old. Then we moved to Florence Kansas, a little bitty town.

2. In Florence we lived in a parsonage that didn't have a shower, and we couldn't decorate the house because the church owned it. My mom secretly decorated. I don't think she'd ever want to live in a parsonage again.

3. When I was almost 3 we moved to Mobile and have lived there ever since.
4. My dog, Becca, snores loudly at night, and often wakes me up. When Buster and Becca sleep in the same room it's loud!!!!!!!!!!

5. I'd like to be an airline pilot.

6. I'd like to move to Scotland, and be a dog trainer.

7. I have had 4 dogs, Skippy, a border collie mix, and Becca, Roscoe, and Buster, all Boykins.

8. I have had 5 beta fish, and two goldfish. I tried to breed two betas, but they killed each other.

9. I used to have chickens too. One was a Rhode Island Red named....Red! Very imaginative, I know.

10. I had a turtle that lived in my yard when I was 4 or so named Mr. Octupus. I saw it every 6 months or so.

11. When I was really little I would have dreams that I thought later (months later) were real things that happened. I had a very vivid imagination!

12. When I was 2 all the way until 4, I actually believed I could remember being in "my mommy's tummy"before I was born. I said I had shelves in there, and a teddy bear, and a big red rubber ball. I actually remember saying that to my mom and dad. Strange.

13. When I was 4 I went to Washington D.C. The sad thing is that all I remember about it is feeding the squirrels, and eating cereal in somebody's house!

14. I'm searching my brain for things to write.......

15. When I was 6 or 7 my dad was looking for a job, and I suggested that he should be a "chicken hunter"! We were always chasing our chickens when they got loose, so I thought he should find peoples' chickens for them, and they could pay him! Sounded reasonable to me!!! My parents still laugh about that! ( and I still think it makes sense! Not that it'd pay much, but still!)

16. Becca ( my boykin spaniel) and I used to have tea parties. I would fill tea cups with water, and put dog food on plates, and feed her the food on a toy fork and ask her if she wanted more "cream" and "sugar", which was totally imaginary. She was my very best friend, and, I have to admit, still is! = D There's nothing like having a dog!

17. Sometimes we play hide and go seek together.

18. I don't usually type correctly. I'm pretty fast at doing it with my two pointer fingers and my thumb for the space bar.

19. I'm almost 1/4 Cherokee, and my dad's 3/8, or almost 1/2.

20. I love catfish, even though people say they're bottom feeders. Shrimp eat rotten things too, and most people like them!

21. I hate cod and salmon. They're the only fish in the world I don't like!!! Flounder's the best.

22. I tie my shoes the way my dad does. Going twice around the thing and then under, instead of once. Hard to explain.

23. I write my 7's like the Europeans and my dad do. Slash through the middle.

24. I eat my sandwhiches the way my dad does. Two hands, and two pinkies supporting it. Like the way you do with sloppy joes.

25. I ran out of my allotted time for blogging!!!

I tag Anna, Megan, my mom, Aunt Lisa, and anyone who reads this.
